Online Booking

All online bookings are reviewed before they are final. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text. Our staff may contact you with questions. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your intake form

Groupon appointments must be made by calling us directly at (813) 443-1199, they cannot be booked online or through Groupon's website. The redemption code must be provided to hold your appointment

Couple's massages, multi-service spa days, groups, and 2-hour appointment requests must be booked on the phone

Call us to inquire about last-minute appointments - they may not be visible in the online booking tool

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment(s). Cancellation fees up to the full price of services may apply

Late Arrivals & Last-Minute Reschedules: We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time will be a cancellation and may be subject to full charges. All late arrival appointments will still end at the original designated time.
